Services

What we do

We support small and mid-sized companies across every part of their technology — the day-to-day helpdesk, the infrastructure underneath it, and the planning that keeps it from becoming tomorrow's emergency.

Let's break it down

Services in plain language

Most clients start with managed IT and grow into the rest. Everything below can be bought on its own, or bundled into a single monthly agreement.

Managed IT Services

Your IT department, on a monthly fee

We take over the running of your technology: the helpdesk your staff call when something breaks, the monitoring that catches problems before they do, and the patching and maintenance nobody gets around to. You get a named team who learn your environment once and keep it working, for a flat monthly cost you can budget against.

What's included

  • Unlimited remote helpdesk support
  • Onsite support across Calgary and area
  • 24/7 monitoring and alerting
  • Operating system and application patching
  • Antivirus and endpoint management
  • User onboarding and offboarding
  • Asset and licence tracking
  • Monthly reporting

Best for: Businesses with 10-200 staff who have no internal IT, or one overloaded person doing it alongside another job.

Cybersecurity

Assume someone is already trying

Security is not a product you install once. It is a set of layers — hardening your accounts, filtering what reaches your inbox, watching your devices, and training the people who use them. We put those layers in place and then keep watch, so that one mistake never becomes a breach.

Most small businesses are compromised through email or a reused password, not a sophisticated attack. That is where we concentrate first.

What's included

  • Multi-factor authentication rollout
  • Email filtering and anti-phishing
  • Endpoint detection and response
  • Security awareness training for staff
  • Vulnerability scanning
  • Incident response and containment
  • Cyber insurance and audit evidence
  • Quarterly security reviews

Best for: Any business handling client data, and anyone whose insurer or contracts now ask security questions they cannot answer.

AI Consulting & Automation

Applied where it genuinely removes work

There is a great deal of noise about AI right now, and most of it will not survive contact with a real workflow. We start with an assessment: how your team actually works, where time is genuinely being lost, and which of those places a tool could help. Then we tell you honestly which are worth doing — including when the answer is none of them.

Where it does make sense, we handle the deployment, the data-handling questions, and the training so your team will actually use it.

What's included

  • Preliminary workflow assessment
  • Use-case identification and prioritisation
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and rollout
  • Document and knowledge-base automation
  • Data governance and privacy review
  • Custom integration with existing systems
  • Staff training and adoption support
  • Measurement of what it actually saved

Best for: Businesses curious about AI but wary of buying something expensive that nobody ends up using.

Cloud Services

Off ageing hardware, onto something maintained

Running your own server means owning the hardware, the licensing, the backups, the cooling and the eventual replacement bill. Moving those workloads to the cloud converts that into a predictable monthly cost and takes the maintenance off your plate. We plan the migration, run it outside business hours, and make sure nothing is lost on the way.

What's included

  • Microsoft 365 and Azure deployment
  • Email and file server migration
  • Virtual desktop and remote access
  • Cloud cost review and right-sizing
  • Identity and access management
  • SharePoint and Teams configuration
  • Hybrid setups where they make sense
  • Decommissioning of old hardware

Best for: Companies with ageing on-premise servers, or teams that now work in more than one location.

Backup & Business Continuity

Tested recovery, not just backups

Most businesses have backups. Far fewer have ever tried restoring from them. We set up automated, encrypted backups with copies held offsite, then verify them on a schedule and document exactly how long a recovery would take — so that when you need it, the answer is already known.

What's included

  • Automated daily backups
  • Offsite and immutable copies
  • Ransomware-resistant retention
  • Regular test restores
  • Documented recovery time objectives
  • Disaster recovery planning
  • Email and cloud data backup
  • Full-system bare-metal recovery

Best for: Any business that could not operate for more than a few hours without its files, records or email.

Infrastructure & Networking

The layer everything else sits on

Slow, unreliable networks get blamed on everything except the network. We design, install and administer the physical and virtual infrastructure your business runs on — servers, switching, firewalls, wireless and cabling — built for how your team actually works rather than to a generic template.

What's included

  • Network design and installation
  • Firewall configuration and management
  • Business-grade Wi-Fi surveys and deployment
  • Server and virtualisation setup
  • Structured cabling
  • VoIP and Teams Phone
  • Remote access and VPN
  • Office moves and new-site builds

Best for: Growing offices, new premises, and anyone whose network was set up years ago by someone no longer around.

IT Strategy & Consulting

A roadmap you can budget against

Technology spending tends to arrive as a series of surprises. We work with you the way an in-house IT director would: understanding where the business is going, auditing what you have, and building a multi-year plan for what needs replacing and when. You get to plan capital expenditure rather than react to it.

What's included

  • Full infrastructure audit
  • Multi-year technology roadmap
  • Budget forecasting and planning
  • Project management and delivery
  • Vendor and contract negotiation
  • Compliance and policy guidance
  • Quarterly business reviews
  • Mergers, moves and expansion planning

Best for: Owners and finance leads who want to stop being surprised by IT costs.

Procurement & Lifecycle

The right kit, sourced properly

We source hardware and software on your behalf — specified for the job, bought at distributor pricing, and delivered configured and ready to use. We track the age of every device so replacements are scheduled rather than triggered by a failure, and dispose of old equipment securely when its time comes.

What's included

  • Hardware specification and sourcing
  • Distributor and volume pricing
  • Software licensing management
  • Devices delivered pre-configured
  • Warranty tracking
  • Asset lifecycle planning
  • Secure disposal and data destruction
  • Leasing and finance options

Best for: Businesses buying equipment ad hoc, or unsure what they are actually licensed for.

Common questions

Do we have to take all of this?

No. Most clients start with managed IT and add services as they need them. Some only use us for projects, procurement or an AI assessment. We will tell you which parts you actually need rather than bundling everything by default.

How is this priced?

Managed services are a flat monthly fee based on the number of users and devices we support, so the cost does not spike in a bad month. Projects and consulting are quoted separately and fixed before we start.

We already have an IT provider. Can you still help?

Often, yes. A lot of our conversations start as a second opinion on something specific — a security concern, a stalled project, or a bill that keeps growing. There is no obligation attached to that.

What does the preliminary assessment involve?

A conversation and a review of your current setup — what you are running, where the risks are, and what is close to end of life. You get a written summary of what we found and what we would prioritise, whether or not you go on to work with us.
